Product Pricing

The pricing of DLS® products consist a total of 5 wholesale scales. The 3 small & medium size scales, are determined solely by the size of the quantity ordered (invoiced quantity). In the big size scales, there is the possibility of either the invoiced quantity on order, either as an annual consumption of the scale size after negotiation with the DLS® I.D. In case of failure to achieve the scale size at the end of the year, The company reserves the right to review the pricing and reinstate the agreement in the corresponding scale, based on recorded annual consumption.

Ways To Order

Through the ORDER FORM for each product you can easy and quickly fill in all the details of your order. You can send the completed ORDER FORM, as well as other required documents either by message (Viber – WhatsApp) or by E-Mail to info@dlsid.gr. In each ordering ways will be provided full pricing (pro forma invoice – offer) based on the above pricing analyses, as well as other charges (VAT – Delivery etc). After the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION of an pro forma invoice – offer, the order is immediately passed to the production department for execution and shipment. Before completing an order, make sure that all necessary fields on the form have been filled in correctly and that you have included all supporting documents.

All payments are EVER made after consultation and guidance from a company representative. For the security of your transactions, it is recommended to deposit into a bank account or the using a credit – debit card.

Deliveries

The shipping times specified by the DLS® in every order it can NOT be EX Works, because the factors of the transport companies intervene which are responsible for the delivery of the goods.

The delivery times vary for each order, initially by the size of the order combined with the workload and then by the customer’s geographical location. In each pro forma invoice – offer issue, it is necessary to disclose the exact geographical location of the customer, so that in addition to the shipping cost, the expected delivery time of the goods can also be calculated.

You can also through the cooperating veterinary partnership – clinics with DLS ID, search for a local supplier or even create your own DLS Hot Spot, so that you can become a local supplier in your area and benefit from the advantages of DLS® products.
